In this position you will be appointed for 8 years to the civil service. Remuneration is carried out according to grade B2 of the Landesbesoldungsgesetz NRW (LBesG NRW) plus compensation for expenses.

Do you have a look at current educational, cultural and sports policy and social trends and can you assess and judge these through your expertise? In addition, you have already demonstrated your skills and commitment to building and optimizing new structures or processes?

As an innovative and cooperative personality with gender competence, you work with your team to develop the right ideas for the continuous development of the business circle in the context of the city's strategic goals. Through your sovereign appearance and negotiation skills, you are also well able to inspire different actors from administration, politics and the public for common goals. In doing so, you assume total responsibility and represent the business circle and the city adequately to the outside.
