Personnel Officer (m/f/d)

For the areas in your care area, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process together with the appropriate managers. You advise and support our colleagues as well as the leaders in human and labour matters. In doing so, you will accompany personnel talks of any kind along the “assistant journey” such as feedback, development or criticism talks You accompany HR processes from setting to exit You are working on your own projects and supporting project teams to advance the HR processes in our company. You are a link between employees and executives, working trustfully with our works council and are the first contact point for applicants

Ideally, you know the tasks of personnel work in a trader and their challenges.
