Support of construction management and project management in project controlling, reporting and accounting processes Organisation, preparation and tracking of construction sites and project documents Creation of reports, evaluations and project-specific documentation Date management and coordination of meetings with internal and external project participants Working preparation and project planning Communication with contracting entities, subcontractors and internal departments Support for billing, yields and controlling processes

Completed studies (engineering/economy engineering) or comparable training First experience in building, infrastructure or project environment desirable Secure handling of MS Office, ideally knowledge of costing software (e.g. iTWO) Structured, analytical and independent operation Communication strength, team capacity and interest in digitization and process optimization
