Business Partner (m/w/d) Job ID 77735 | Location Heidenheim Your duties Responsibility for a support area within the operational unit at the Heidenheim site, as well as advice from managers at various hierarchical levels on people & culture activities and their implementation and control. Continuous development of personal care to a modern and accepted People Business Partner, which recognizes requirements in time and develops organizational and processal solutions. Implementation of individual personal measures using our instruments and methods and observe compliance with the applicable directives. Close and trusting cooperation with the interfaces within the People & Culture organization and the Works Council. You support and coach executives in change and transformation projects. Further development of processes, instruments and systems as well as cooperation in (partially also international) projects and active support of change processes. Your profile You ideally have successfully completed an economic or social studies or have a vocational training course with personal training. You have first professional experience in the People & Culture environment of a group of companies or a matrix organization. You bring knowledge of the German labour and business constitutional law and ideally know the right to collective agreements between the metal and electrical industries. You control MS Office products safely and have experience in the application of SAP, SuccessFactors or comparable software solutions. We presuppose German and English language skills in word and writing. High social and consulting skills, a sovereign appearance over all hierarchical levels and convincing communication skills are your personal strengths. Your profile is rounded off by a result-oriented and structured way of working, a strong will to design, conflictability and enthusiasm for personnel topics.
