Recruiter (m/w/d) – Technical Environment / Industry

A dedicated recruiter (m/w/d) is looking for a renowned company with a technically demanding working environment in the Greater Hannover region. The role is embedded in a dynamic HR team and offers plenty of space for self-responsibility as well as creative impulses in the recruiting process. A takeover into an unlimited working relationship is expressly desired.

Responsible control of the entire recruiting process – from profile clarification to contract signing Close cooperation with the departments in the occupation of demanding technical positions

Development of creative, target-group-specific search strategies incl. Active Sourcing

Ensuring a first-class Candidate Experience along the entire application process

Market observation and analysis of current recruiting trends

Collection and monitoring of personnel changes, capacity development and compilation of corresponding reports and statistics

Coordination and control of external service providers and headhunter

Support for administrative and organisational tasks in the HR team

Complete studies in the field of economics, psychology, human resources management, etc.

Found experience in recruiting – ideally from an industrial or technical environment

Impressed communication strength as well as a professional and empirical appearance

Passion for Recruiting and Excellent Candidate Experience

Very good knowledge of German (safe for negotiation) and good knowledge of English

Structured, solution-oriented operation with high self-responsibility
