The company is active in several European markets and manages a diverse portfolio. The company specialises in creating lively, lively spaces through the reuse of unused buildings and the integration of modern, environmentally friendly designs. Due to further growth in Germany, we are looking for a Transaction Analyst for commercial properties (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in Düsseldorf for our clients.

Analysis and evaluation of real estate sales Creation of financial models, cost-effectiveness calculations and profitability analyses Support in due diligence and risk assessment of investment opportunities Implementation of market and location analyses Creation of presentations and decision templates for management Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners (e.g. banks, investors, consultants) Support for negotiation

Successfully completed studies in the field of economics (probably real estate), finance or a comparable subject area First professional experience in investment, transaction management or financial analysis, ideally in the real estate industry Funded knowledge in financial modelling and valuation of real estate projects Analytical and (financial)mathematical thinking Target-oriented, structured and independent and reliable work High commitment and team capability Very good MS Office knowledge Good English knowledge of word and writing
