What we plan together: We are the first point of contact for all executives at the Cologne headquarters. We act as a savings ring partner and service provider at the same time.

What you do with us: You’ll join us: You’ll organize and coordinate our various personnel development programs and get yourself active and active if necessary. You show commitment: As a self-sustaining service provider, you support our executives with concerns and questions regarding our further development programs. You’ll create: you’ll create appealing PowerPoint presentations for our management, which convince with a modern layout and a matching storyline. You are flexible: If you are not currently working on the issue of personnel development, you will be able to experience the full range of HR tasks and support the entire HR Central team.

You are a registered student:in the field of (economic) psychology, business management, human resources management or social sciences.
