Head of Infrastructure Management at the Port Railway

You take over the strategic, technical and disciplinary management of infrastructure management with a total of 3 teams and a total of 12 employees. The plant strategy will be developed by you and you will ensure that investments, renewals and maintenance programs are optimally matched. The economic control, including budget planning, prioritization and use of funds, is your responsibility. Together with your employees, you develop web-technical projects and ensure that all technical and web-specific requirements are complied with. You represent your area to internal and external partners, such as project organisations, regional decision-making bodies or authorities. In addition, you drive digitalization, standardization and process optimization in infrastructure management and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

You have a completed master's degree in civil engineering, engineering with a focus on railway construction, or you can prove a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in a technical or infrastructural environment in the railway area ideally with reference to complex systems or network systems. You have already led a team and you have a strong understanding of strategic, economic and regulatory relationships. You also meet decisions based on numbers, data and professional know-how and can clearly address complex topics. You have communication strength, enforcement ability and the ability to connect different stakeholders. A high degree of entrepreneurial thinking and acting, reliability as well as a pronounced leadership competence and excellent communication skills complete your profile.
