Screening of tendering platforms and support in finding interesting opportunities Support and advice of project management in interaction with procurement agencies and contracting entities and support in the formal tender process Compilation of documents for award procedures, applications for participation, prequalifications Determination of key figures of the acquisition in the company and preparation for support of management Support in the preparation of references, quality assurance of references and active request of reference creation in the areas

You are familiar with public tendering and award procedures and ideally have experience with the business processes of an engineering office You have successfully completed your studies or training in commercial or technical fields High level of liability and sense of responsibility as well as cooperation and team capacity Independent, structured and reliable working in the team Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
