The Theater Freiburg houses the divisions Music Theatre, Drama, Dance & Performance and the Young Theatre. With around 370 employees, self-produc­tions, coproduc­tions and guest plays are produced and played on five stages in the house. A variety of cultural offerings are created around the stages during each season. The Theater Freiburg is located in the heart of the city of Freiburg, just a few minutes walk from the main railway station and vis-à-vis the University of Freiburg. It produces music theatre, acting, concert and dance as well as young theatre and offers participative formats in the area of participation! Here, all orchestra-specific questions and concerns for a smooth run in concert and music theatre operations are clarified and organized. The position is co-responsible for the organisational execution of the orchestra's rehearsal, performance operation and, in coordination with the General Music Director, the Orchestra Management and the Head of the Orchestra Office, ensures that the orchestral operation works smoothly and in the music theatre required.
