Maintaining and strengthening relationships: You enter our existing customers, build strategic long-term links and develop them further Connecting and expanding networks: You identify market potentials, gain targeted new customers and convince with competent advice and a secure sense of individual requirements Connecting people: You win matching talents, professionally engage them across all phases of the application process and create sustainable added value for both sides In the middle of this, you actively participate in the strategic development of our site and bring your ideas into the daily business in a solution-oriented manner.

You have professional experience as a personal advisor/personal-disponent (m/w/d) in the industrial-technical field of employee transfer Multiannual experience especially in job placement, customer support and new customer acquisition You are sure to move to the Employee Transfer Act and to work law and have comprehensive knowledge of collective bargaining conditions You have well-founded knowledge of contract negotiations and the creation and maintenance of offers You have a valid class B license
