Human Resources & Payroll staff (m/f/d)

You create wage and salary bills You create and provide personal documents (e.g. work contracts, contract changes, work certificates). You enter the certifying and reporting system and plead the correspondence with the health insurance companies and authorities You provide master and movement data and support for evaluations, statistics and reports. You accompany onboarding/offboarding and ensure clean, reliable processes. You support the team in human resources – e.g. for personal marketing, recruiting

You have a completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on staff/delivery accounting. You bring experience in payroll accounting and work with DATEV. Experiences with other HR/Payroll tools like Personio are a plus. Knowledge of social security and labour law is desirable. You work safely with MS Office (in particular Excel, Word, Outlook). You convince by care, sense of responsibility and discretion. You work structured – independent and at the same time team-oriented.
