Your tasks

• You support the HR Service & Offboarding team in its various administrative activities such as the creation of certificates, general documents such as “Confirmations of Parental Period” and certificates for all staff groups
• You will get to know the core processes concerning certification and exits

Your profile

• You are currently studying economics, human resources management or business informatics at the time of application here are immatriculated
• You're burning for personal themes and the resource staff is your heart?
• You are happy to get in touch with other people and bring a high customer orientation with you
• You are characterized by a high degree of resilience, conscientiousness, teamability and loyalty
• You have an independent and structured way of working
• You have a secure handling of current MS Office applications, especially in Excel and Word
