Job description

• As a software developer (w/m/div.) for Application Software Mobile Applications, you are responsible for the implementation and integration of embedded application software for mobile work machines.
• In an interdisciplinary team of requirements, you develop functions, architecture and design, and model-based methods to implement our platform software.
• You work closely with customers and regional developers, optimizing functions on the machine and supporting customer machines in series.
• You are able to apply and adapt our platform solutions for the local market to our global Bosch Rexroth developer network.

Qualifications

• Education: completed studies in the field of computer science, computer science, mechatronics or a comparable qualification
• Experience and know-how: comprehensive knowledge in software development (preferably embedded software, programming language C) and software-intensive systems, experience in model-based software development (preferably with Matlab Simulink). Safe handling of development processes, sound know-how in process automation (e.g. CI/CD, continuous testing)
• Personality and working methods: sense of responsibility, structured thinking and acting, strong communication, analytical, structured and independent working methods
• Language: good German and English
