In the company management, you support operational, organizational and administrative tasks with a focus on IT support and IT organization, emergency management and work protection: IT management: You accompany the technical onboarding of new employees, including the ordering of hardware, device management, user and authorization management. IT support: You process first-level requests and coordinate them through our ticket system. Information transfer: You are responsible for current data and information on our platforms – website, intranet and document management and time management system (SharePoint and GFOS). Implementation: You will accompany the introduction of new systems and applications as well as AI tools for process optimization and provide instructions on IT applications. Interface function: You agree on various topics in your area of responsibility with internal units, Sparkasse Bremen and external service providers in the areas of digitalization and automation. Special topics: You are responsible for compliance with location-related measures for occupational safety and support specialist managers in emergency management.

You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or an adjacent field of expertise – you are also happy to see with a commercial training such as e.g. for IT-System Management (w/m/d). In addition to commercial know-how, your technical knowledge is important, with which you accompany and implement IT projects in a sovereign manner. Professional experience in a financial service/credit institution or a savings bank as well as deep insights into financial processes are of advantage.
