Senior Project Manager Turnkey Construction (GC) (m/f/d)

Complete management of GU projects in the field of low and medium voltage – from supply phase to acceptance. Responsibility for quality, costs, appointments and work security throughout all phases of the project. Coordination of all internal and external project participants including subcontractors, specialist planners and authorities. Management of the project sequences and ensuring a contractual implementation according to VOB/B or HOAI. Technical and commercial project responsibility as well as regular reporting to the management. Monitoring and control of budget, resources, progress and project objectives. Contact for customers, authorities and all project-related stakeholders. Support in contract design and follow-up negotiations.

Combination of technical expertise and strong leadership skills in dynamic project environments Taking responsibility in complex GU project structures and strong organisational skills Completed studies in civil engineering, electrical engineering or supply engineering At least five years of experience in the project management of GU building projects Funded VOB/B knowledge as well as reliable German and English; strong technical understanding of complex building and infrastructure solutions
