Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the management and organization of the carpentry, including staff management, work preparation and production
• Planning and control of production orders with time monitoring and quality control
• Optimization of manufacturing processes and efficient material use
• Participation in the development of new, innovative product solutions
• Function as interface between workshop, planning and project management
• Creation of calculations and offers in cooperation with management and project management
• Procurement of materials, implementation of price comparisons and organization of the warehouse industry
• Control of workshop costs, monitoring the budget and recalculation of projects
• Support in strategic planning and further development of production processes
• Documentation of processes and participation in the development of digital workflows (e.g. PaletteCAD, ERP-System Kuhnle)

Your profile:

• Completed training as a carpenter (m/w/d) or carpenter (m/w/d) with master title
• Multiannual professional experience in manufacturing, work preparation and leadership of teams
• Embossed technical understanding and safe handling of CNC machines, plate saws, edge grinders and painting methods
• Knowledge of CAD programs (e.g. PaletteCAD) and experience with ERP systems desirable
