A completed professional and technical training Educational additional qualification or willingness to acquire it Experience in vocational training, rehabilitation or participation in working life desirable Experience and commitment in accompanying people with disabilities desirable driving licence class B Valuable, person-centric attitude as well as communication strength and safe occurrence Commitment, reliability, team capacity, self-organization, flexibility and joy in shaping new ways of professional participation The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
