In this key position, you are the first contact person (m/w/d) for all consolidation issues and professionalize the consolidation process. Completion: Responsibility for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Reporting system and process management: take over operational and strategic responsibility for LucaNet reporting and consolidation tool. Close cooperation with technical teams to develop and optimise existing system and reporting structures. Maintaining the system and building and implementing automated reporting processes. Interface function: Central contact person (m/w/d) for auditors, tax consultants (m/w/d) and financial managers of our international subsidiaries. Intercompany agreement: monitoring and control of intra-group voting processes and ensuring compliance with uniform accounting policies.

Graduated university education (focus on finance / accounting). Multiannual professional experience (ideally at least five years) in the group accounting system of an internationally operating industrial company or in a well-known auditing company. IFRS expertise: deep and secure expertise in accounting and consolidation according to IFRS and knowledge in HGB. Key user knowledge in LucaNet are advantageous. The key to the position is the availability and ability to work extensively into the software and to develop and maintain it continuously from a commercial and process perspective as a key user (m/w/d). First contact points with private equity structures or post-merger integrations are advantageous. You are characterized by load-bearing capacity, a structured operation and throughput strength. German and good knowledge of English in word and writing.
