SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant - Fokus Migration (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the transition from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors and accompany the project cycle to the Go level You take over the technical project management for HR processes, including customizing / implementation in the HR-IT tools You introduce SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Performance & Goals) and secure the transition from on-premise HCM You continuously maintain and develop the HR system landscape (SuccessFactors and HR third-party systems) and control external service providers You advise the HR departments and provide 2nd level support You are responsible for interfaces (e.g. SAP ERP, eLearning, access management, personnel deployment planning) and ensure stable end-to-end processes You contribute to financial statements (LCPs, personnel cost planning) Optionally you support ABAP development and legal interfaces

Multiannual professional experience as SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant in a comparable role, ideally in the in-house environment Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or well-founded experiences in SAP HCM as well as the interest in intensively working on and developing SAP SuccessFactors Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management and management of external service providers Deep understanding of HR processes along the Employee Lifecycle and the pleasure of optimally mapping them with standard and cloud solutions Ideal experience with SAP Fiori ESS/MSS, the add-ons of Centric and the Ingentis org.manager Complete study of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification Embossed communication and team skills, high self-motivation, to modernise our HR IT landscape in a sustainable manner
