Your tasks: Responsible implementation of the rules on minimum global tax (Pillar II) Development and implementation of Pillar II reporting with regard to quarterly financial statements and the consolidated financial statements of the GEA Group including the preparation of the notes
Creation of the minimum tax report including all calculation steps for the German corporate parent company and support of the associated IT calculation tool
Coordination of the creation of Pillar II tax returns worldwide
Implementation of intra-group training nationally and internationally with regard to Pillar II
Creation of the annual “Country-by-Country Report” (CbCR)
Coordination of global reporting of all Group companies and support for the Public CbCR
Consultation of Group Companies on International Tax Law
Support for German audits in international matters
Support of Group Companies in International Audits
Support for M&A and reorganisation projects
Coordination of external tax consultants
Successfully completed studies in the field of business/economics or law or comparable
Successfully filed tax advisor exams
At least five years of professional experience, primarily in the tax department of an internationally operating industrial company and/or a big-four company
Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
Joy in finding solutions to complex tax and process issues in interdisciplinary teams
High affinity for processes and technologies
