Professional support and continuous development of existing equipment with focus on the Heavy Lift Crane segment (HLC), in particular through the development and implementation of retrofit kits and assistance systems Targeted support of customers in preparing the HLC devices for new charter contracts, e.g. by technical adjustments, load calculations and individual solutions Support of existing equipment, in particular: creation of offers and estimation of technical effort (e.g. retrofitting, replacement of components and assemblies) Participation in the development of individual project planning Support for the initiation of corrective measures in determining deviations Problem solving together with customers and test companies during project realization

Technical support in the development of new business areas for existing equipment in close cooperation with the customer service department Support in the implementation of market analyses for new equipment business segments in the Heavy Lift Crane segment

Successfully completed studies (Master or Diploma), ideally in the field of mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, crane and plant engineering or a comparable degree course Multiannual professional experience in construction, ideally in the maritime environment deepening in the field of technical mechanics Experience in handling CAD programs, preferably Creo Parametric German and good knowledge of English Analytical thinking, self-employment and systematic working Communication skills and cooperative working style
