As Director Finance & Controlling (m/w/d), you are responsible for finance and controlling within the group of companies with subsidiaries in Germany and abroad. Not only in cooperation with the Chief Financial Officer, you are proactively shaping the corporate strategy, but you also give the necessary impulses for the efficient conversion of the process landscape. In detail, your tasks are as follows: You control and manage projects in the field of corporate financing, including the support of our international subsidiaries. They are responsible for financial risk management and develop proactive risk mitigation strategies. They carry out independent measures within the framework of our investment strategies and ensure their successful implementation. They design the strategic planning and control of our company's financial activities. They monitor the budget and create precise forecasts to ensure financial stability. They ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal guidelines. They maintain contact with investors, banks, auditors and tax offices as well as other external stakeholders and represent the financial interests of the company.

You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration (or comparable), as an alternative, you have completed commercial training, with multi-year specialist management experience in Finance/Controlling. They bring knowledge in project management/management of measures to optimise business processes, as well as sound knowledge in financial and accounting. Experience in handling an ERP system is an important prerequisite for us (ideally SAP R/3, SAP S/4 HANA). You can present experiences in the organisation of reporting to banks and auditors. We require entrepreneurial thinking and action. They master the German and English language fluently in word and writing.
