Technical Customer Support Office (m/f/d)

First-level support for our customers: advice on our products and services as well as the provision of information material (including customer-specific adjustments and necessary calculations) according to legal and operational regulations Development of technical solutions for our customers and processing of technical inquiries in close cooperation with sales, customer service, customer center and product management Support our customers in complaints, warranty cases, repair/refurbishment issues and repairs Maintenance of customer data, service reports and technical documentation Cooperation in cross-departmental projects and the co-design of service processes

A successfully completed training in the field of furnace and air heating construction, chimney construction, exhaust gas engineering, high and low construction, chimney refining or comparable technical training At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally complemented by master qualification or corresponding further training Basic knowledge in the field of German building law and national admission are advantageous Communication strength in exchange with customers as well as internal departments (sales-proof German and basic knowledge in English)
