We are looking for a dedicated and passionate personality that shapes our logistics processes with passion, structure and leadership in our new location in Kamen. As a team leader Logistic (m/w/x) you are a pulsator:in, coach and operational creator:in at the same time. You do not only lead people - you move processes, culture and quality.

Leadership & Responsibility: Disciplinary leadership of a team with responsibility for goods receipt, goods exit and returns. You are clear, fair and responsible. Process Control & Efficiency: Planning and structuring of daily processes in picking and shuttle area - for smooth material flow and high service quality. Safety & quality standards: Ensuring compliance with all safety guidelines and KPT requirements - for a stable and safe working environment. Staff management with a wide view: Sovereign leadership also in challenging situations. Promoting self-responsibility and development potential. Key figures & Performance: Monitoring of relevant KPIs, analysis of deviations and introduction of targeted improvement measures. Teamwork & Leadership: Close cooperation with other team leaders:inside as part of a strong leadership team.
