The Master Data Assistant ensures the creation, maintenance, control and optimization of the company's master data (customers, suppliers, products, etc.). This role is crucial to ensure the consistency and reliability of the data within the information systems. Main Data Management: Creating, updating and deleting data (customers, products, suppliers, etc.) in ERP/CRM systems. Determination and compliance of data quality standards to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the data. Data Governance: Development and implementation of data governance policies to reduce duplicates and errors Efficient processes design, formalize and implement at the affected departments. Coordination and cooperation with departments: IT, marketing, supply chain and finance to understand the data needs. Participation in projects to optimize data flow, integrate new tools or systems and support in implementing automation processes. On and off -Invoice Conditions: administration of prices, discounts and business condition.

Complete studies with a focus on business management and computer science or equivalent training. Ideally 5 years of professional experience in an FMCG context Good experience with SAP, MS Office applications, knowledge SQL databases and PowerBI (or equivalent) of advantage Knowledge of data management systems (MDM, PIM, ERP, CRM) of advantage. Strong affinity for numbers and data, skills in handling large amounts of data and high quality awareness Communicative and analytical skills as well as structured and logical thinking with simultaneous ability to organize independently Good knowledge of German and English, French Services and reactivity, reliability and flexibility are your strength.
