For our clinic for intensive care and emergency medicine at the Helios Klinikum Emil von Behring in Berlin-Zehlendorf, we are looking for you as: nursing specialist for the intensive care unit (m/w/d) with a starting premium of up to 5,000 €!

This is expected

• You take care of patients in a modern intensive care unit, including planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing measures.
• They work interprofessionally in a strong team of care, medicine and therapy – at eye level and in collegial exchange.
• They interact with reanimations and acute interventions and act according to structured emergency algorithms.
• You strengthen your profile through regular internal and external training as well as certified courses such as ACLS or respiration training.
• They shape care with depth and meaning – close to the human being, with empathy, precision and clinical mind.
• You start with an accompanied incorporation, clear learning goals and a personal mentor that will prepare you for the daily station.

This will bring you

• You have a completed training as a examinated nursery – e.g. as a health and nursing agent, caregiver or intensive care (m/w/d)
• First practical experience in the hospital is of advantage, but no need – we accompany you in the process
• Ideally, you will bring intensive care and anaesthesia care or are willing to complete this
• Team skills, sense of responsibility and empathy shape your handling of patients:
• You also keep an overview in challenging situations and act sovereign
• Interest in professional and personal development – we actively promote you
• They comply with the legally prescribed evidence of immunization against measles
