Successfully completed technical studies focusing on mechanical engineering, process and process engineering, plant engineering, civil engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in managing complex industrial plant construction projects (e.g. power plants, petrochemicals, steel production, manufacturing industry, EPC/EPCM environment) Ideally knowledge of specialist control systems and quality standards for process equipment (ISO 9001, Printing Equipment Directive, Machine Directive) Solution-oriented, proactive mode of operation and enforcement combined with communication and negotiation skills Willingness to project-related travel within Germany
