Are you an all-rounder with craftsmanship and technical understanding? Then you take care of the maintenance and maintenance of our modern new building and the technical facilities. They coordinate external service providers and ensure that everything runs smoothly with your structured, reliable operation.

Your tasks:

• Maintenance, repair and maintenance of buildings, domestic engineering and outdoor facilities
• Ensuring a clean and well maintained company premises incl. Winter service
• Coordination of external companies for repair and maintenance work etc. at the building and the building technology, including their safety instruction
• Installation and disassembly of furniture, shelves and equipment
• Organisation of the annually necessary electrical tests or facilities of occupational safety (including transformer cleaning, equipment testing, fire extinguishers...)
• Support for smooth and environmentally sound waste disposal, including special waste and operating materials
• Support of the reception area for a smooth process
• Management of key and closing systems and maintenance of the vehicle pool

• You have a driving licence class 3 or B
