Professional and disciplinary leadership and motivation of employees at the Bremen site Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities, customers and cargo segments in line with the YML corporate strategy Expansion of new business and development of new market potential in Lower Saxony Active support and further development of new and existing customers including international NVOCCs in Bremen and Lower Saxony Close cooperation with the German Commercial Team and representation of the Bremen sales area within the organization Promoting and further developing employees to optimally exploit their potential and sustainably support YML Bremen and YML Germany Responsibility for achieving the defined envelope and sales goals of the Bremen site Proactive and solution-oriented cooperation with Trade Management and other specialist areas within YML Germany Processing and clarification of rate differences and monitoring of open receivables to ensure a successful business conclusion Responsibility for booking processes, customer service requests and the handling of operational issues Creation and tracking of offers, execution of price negotiations, processing of freight rate requests and FRT-Filing processes

Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics services, shipping or foreign trade Multiannual professional experience in sales and/or customer service within the container logistics, shipping or forwarding industry Experience in the leadership and development of employees Safe occurrence and pronounced communication and negotiation skills High customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
