Our Information Technology division with its 200 colleagues:inside, one of the most modern clinical IT environments in Europe. We ensure that the necessary data and functions are available wherever they are needed for the safe supply of our patients. You can actively shape the consistent expansion and further development of IT in the UKE. Your tasks Override responsibility for central technologies in an environment with over 15,000 users: inside and over 8,000 managed jobs. A very demanding environment of a highly digitized university clinic awaits you. A permanent technology responsibility within the meaning of a “Product Owner” can be taken over by you. The basic technology components you are responsible for, among other things, are provided to our “DevOps”-oriented medical and commercial applications in order to provide the appropriate server/database supervisors with the framework for our standardized UKE IT. You are leading the development and development of some of our UKE basic technologies in our organization. Within your field of action, you are the first contact person for system integration of future IT basic technologies (Microsoft 365, hybrid cloud connection...). You accompany/guide projects with your technological expertise from the requirement to product selection/procurement to implementation. You can't think of your own hand-on mentality.

A completed (scientific) study from the field of computer science, business informatics, IT management or any other IT field or detectable comparable knowledge, skills and experience (e.g. in connection with a degree in engineering or business management) You ideally take back several years of relevant professional experience from the IT of a large company or the advice of such organizations You feel comfortable with classic on-prem technology (especially Windows, SLES, SQL and Oracle) as well as private, hybrid and public cloud transformations You have senior knowledge in Enterprise Microsoft and/or Linux technologies (here: SLES) (Verzeichnisdienst, Identity Provider such as ADFS, DFS, Group Policies, User Management in roles and rights, Cluster, Load Balancing, DNS and Certificate Services) Quickly find deeper technical access to the already used tools in backup, monitoring, asset management, virus protection, patch management, syslogging, ... and would also be ready to take over a leading support for individual tools Scripting and automation are your usual routines (ideally Microsoft PowerShell) Database knowledge in the administrative context: provision/backup/high availability (ideally Microsoft SQL) complete your generic technical IT knowledge You can create, present and continue security policies and concepts in the context of BSI/KRITIS audit Your knowledge of the German language is at least at the level C1 of the European reference framework.
