We are looking for a dedicated and creative kitchen planner (m/w/d), who develops individual kitchen concepts with passion and accompanies our customers in the realization of their dream kitchen. In this role you are the link between customer requests, design and technical implementation. They introduce your expertise in spatial planning, product consulting and customer support to create customized kitchen solutions that meet the highest demands. Your duties

• Advice from customers regarding design, functionality and material selection for kitchen projects
• Creating detailed space plans and 3D visualizations with SketchUp or comparable software
• Support in the selection of high-quality products and materials as part of the sales process
• Coordination between customers, suppliers and craftsmen to ensure smooth project processes
• Active upselling of premium products and additional services to increase customer satisfaction and sales
• Organisation and management of project dates and time management for efficient workflows
• Maintenance of customer contacts, tracking of offers and closing of sales negotiations

Your profile

• Experience in spatial planning, ideally in the area of kitchens or interior design
• Very good knowledge of Compusoft or comparable 3D planning software
• Excellent communication skills in German
• Experience in retail or sale of high-priced products (high-end sales)
• Strong customer orientation and service orientation in handling customers
• Ability to negotiate and active upselling to maximise sales success
• Organizational talent, time management skills and structured working
• Team skills and flexibility in changing tasks and projects
