Remote analysis and troubleshooting in the environment of our radiology Information Systems (ORBIS RIS and U RIS), as well as the associated infrastructure (database, operating system, network, hardware) Telephone and written support of the users and IT staff of our customers in technical problems Close cooperation with project management, R&D and operational service Documentation and management of customer information, remote maintenance data and application configurations

Complete study of computer science or medical informatics or comparable training Communication strength, safe occurrence and personal persuasion Teamability and an independent, analytical, structured way of working Ability to systematically analyze complex problems and develop solutions Experience in the planning, implementation and support of HealthCare IT systems (KIS/RIS/PACS) – e.g. as RIS administrator, PACS administrator or ORBIS administrator. Good knowledge of the workflows and standards in radiology (DICOM, HL7, IHE) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good English knowledge of word and writing
