Responsible contribution to the development of the region's revenue and contribution in close coordination with the Head of Service Management and controlling of customer activities in terms of customer loyalty and portfolio growth in cooperation with the regional management group and the central Professional sales management of service managers (contract extension, upselling and portfolio growth in existing customers) Support in the support of large regional customers from the stock, e.g. preparation and design of framework agreements and active negotiation partners in customer discussions Regional management and support of the termination defence process and responsibility for compliance with defined rules and processes for loss prevention Coordination and processing of tenders in cooperation with the regional management group and the headquarters Active cooperation on projects and actions (e.g. REP special conditions, implementation of incentive supplements, etc.) and design of campaigns to increase customer satisfaction

Completed studies / completed vocational training in the field of business or technology Professional experience in sales or customer business, preferably in service business Experience in the professional consulting of customers, preferably in the technical environment Team-funding cooperation with various internal stakeholders Networked thinking to develop cross-sectoral potentials within the meaning of the customer High sales affinity and communication strength Structured, analytical and sustainable operation Self-conscious appearance and high self-initiative
