At our Hof Kubitzberg site in Altenholz – a facility for participation in the working life of the Schleswig workshops – we are looking for a dedicated and versatile craftsmanship at the earliest possible time.

House engineer (m/w/d)

in full or part-time.

Your tasks

Building management & maintenance: You will ensure the operational readiness of buildings, technical facilities and infrastructure by performing or coordinating repair, maintenance, cleaning and maintenance work. In addition, you are responsible for the production facilities and responsible for the maintenance of the outdoor facilities.

Safety & organisation: As an instructed person, they provide work security for a safe and functional working environment and coordinate external service providers as well as technical and organisational processes in facility management.

Logistics & Mobility: They take over transport and logistics tasks, internal driving services including passenger transport, and participate in the service of the fleet.

Production support & cooperation: They work with different teams across the range, support people with assistance needs in everyday work and, if necessary, take on activities in production as well as animal services on weekends and holidays.

Your profile

Qualifications:They have completed vocational training in the craft or technical field (e.g. as a carpenter or electrician*in) or have a multiannual professional experience in a comparable field of activity.

Empathy & Sensitivity:They show empathy, sensitivity and understanding in dealing with people with need for assistance and bring a positive basic attitude.

Competitions:They are a dedicated personality and are handcraftedly versatile and interested. You can reliably carry out independent work. You act cost-conscious and advise with your expertise.

Required:You have a class B licence.
