As Senior Controller (m/w/d), you take responsibility for transparent key figures, sound analyses and structured forecast processes. You support management and departments with resilient decision bases.

Creation of monthly and management reports and preparation of relevant key figures for management Implementation of budget and forecast processes and monitoring of plan values Analysis of plan-actual deviations and derivation of action recommendations Analysis and control of current business incidents and production of business analysis Management and further development of liquidity planning and implementation of economic analysis Development of KPI systems to support corporate governance Working on cost optimization projects and improving controlling processes Takeover of project tasks in the controlling sector Support in building and developing the controlling structures

Graduate in Business Administration, Mathematics or a comparable degree course Multiannual professional experience in controlling or in a comparable position Very good Excel knowledge as well as experience in creating and evaluating reports and analyses Experience in handling ERP systems Strong analytical skills and a structured and solution-oriented way of working High number affinity and safe handling of financial and corporate key figures Good organizational skills and strong communication skills Very good knowledge of German in word and writing High readiness and interest in the continuous development of processes and methods in controlling
