Date assignment and appointment coordination Coordination of outpatient procedures Coordination of outpatient and stationary patient care in the area of short-range and functional diagnostics Support of medical staff in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of speaking hours Collection and documentation of vital parameters, patient questionnaires Preparation and implementation of arranged blood sampling and laboratory tests Communication with patients as part of telephone and written (e-mail) contacts

Completed training for the medical specialist or for the medical assistant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) High level of flexibility and team capability Self-employed and careful working First experiences in handling IT-based work (termination, documentation, etc.) Good knowledge and experience with MS-Office Motivation and resilience Willingness to continuously expand your own expertise
