Working in the team: You are actively involved in the operations team from day one and work closely with IT, management and CHECK24-wide experts, e.g. for analytics and operations Take responsibility: Together with the operating team, you are responsible for the analysis, optimization and automation of our customer service processes (e.g. customer satisfaction, contact reasons, processing times of emails) Supporting Decisions: You’ll first analyze and ad hoc reporting as a decision template for product managers and management Simplify data access: You conceptualize and start self-service dashboards and reporting (e.g. in Tableau) as a help for self-help and supports data-driven work Drive automation: You continue developing our data analytics capabilities, evaluating trends and new technologies to drive digitalization and automation and ensure smooth operation Measuring and ensuring quality: You continuously analyze meaningful key figures (such as customer contact reasons) to ensure perfect service functionality for our customers

Education: above-average degree with an analytical focus (e.g. economics, economic or insurance mathematics, (economic) computer science or engineering, statistics or comparable) Smart solution finding: Quick conception to penetrate complex relationships and hand-on mentality to quickly find and implement pragmatic solutions Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Analytical, Structured and Independent Working, and Joy in Data Driven Work to Continually Improve our Processes and Generate Action Recommendations Digital Mindset: High IT and Internet Affinity as well as great interest in e-commerce and digital trends Tools: Very good Excel knowledge. Moreover, experience in dealing with relational databases (in particular SQL) and BI tools (in particular Tableau) is advantageous Language knowledge: German language skills in word and writing
