As Accountant (m/w/d) you would like to book not only, but design?

As a digital agency, it goes without saying that we work with modern systems, automated processes and AI-based workflows. This means that many routine activities are limited so that you can focus on the essentials. This includes interconnections, creating structures, giving recommendations for action and actively contributing to the success of the company with your work. You play a central role in the company and are in direct contact with the management as well as in close cooperation with our Administration & Financial Services Team, the Controlling and our external tax advisor. In doing so, you are responsible for a clearly defined, comprehensive range of tasks and actively shape it and develop it. Creation of monthly and annual accounts by HGB Scheduled settlement and booking of current business incidents Self-employed debitor, creditor, investment and property account accounting settlement of all payment transactions Liquidity management of companies Maher Reporting (e.g. UStVA, ZM, Z4-Meldungen, Bundesbank) Compilation of evaluations and reports on balance sheet positions and tax topics Consolidation of main, subsidiary and branch accounting Coordination and provision of accounting documents for the Austrian branch (tax consultant) Advising management on risks and balance-sheet issues Contact person for tax advisors, auditors, tax authorities

Completed commercial training with further training to the account holder or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in accounting, ideally in medium-sized structures Knowledge of HGB as well as tax and reporting Experience in consolidation and cross-company accounting Safe handling of common accounting systems (DATEV and Business Central) Structured, independent and precise operation High liability, sense of responsibility and discretion Communication strength in exchange with management and external partners
