In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for you as a recruiter for training (m/w/d) Airbus at the location 28199 Bremen at the next possible time. The place is offered in full time with a 35-hour week.

Examination and preselection of application documents and test results based on standardized criteria for identifying suitable candidates Organisation, planning and execution of selection days at several locations focusing on Bremen and Hamburg as well as operations in Stade and Buxtehude Control of candidate correspondence and coordination of the selection committee including coordination and documentation of selection decisions Development, coordination and implementation of optimizations in the selection process and in higher-level recruiting projects Company representation in recruitment events, school visits and trade fairs Coordination with internal and external stakeholders such as Works Council, BAfA, Disabled Representation and internal departments

Complete Bachelor Program in Psychology, Social Sciences or Business Administration At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources, recruiting or in the field of selection procedures Very good communication and presentation skills as well as experience in the implementation of selection formats and events Embossed organisational skills, structured operation and high load capacity even in dynamic situations Driving licence class B and flexibility for regular selection days at the locations Bremen, Hamburg, Stade and Buxtehude Solid workplace in Bremen with at least three days of presence per week, mobile work possible one to two days per week Safe handling of different stakeholders as well as sovereign communication at different organisational levels German knowledge at least B2 and good English knowledge
