As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. BWI's Demand & Retrieval Management is located in Account Operations (AO). It assists the client in the planning, coordination and control of requirements in the request management process, initiates and manages commissioned request advice and retrievals from the client and contributes to the qualification of requirements up to their decision-making maturity. It thus forms the central interface for order management at the client in the request management process up to the request for tender.

Retrieval Management Support

Responsible for the policy-compliant coordination and control of the retrieval business from receipt to conclusion

Reporting and presentation of medium outflow and optimization of existing retrieval processes

Central interface for customer order management

Transparent and trusted cooperation with the senior management levels and account managers

Support for compliance and reporting capability

Participation in the Requirement Management Working Group in the HFP

Organisation and implementation of tasks-relevant workshops and participation in customer events

Completed 3-year professional training and additional training (e.g. specialist, technician, master) or completed subject-related university studies

About 5 years of professional experience as a specialist, technician or master (with relevant additional qualification) or 2 years of professional Professional experience after studying

Professional experience in project management desirable

Very good knowledge of the organization and processes at the Bundeswehr / BAAINBw / BMVg as well as knowledge and experience in the IT field

High communication, enforcement and team skills, strong quality and result orientation as well as safe handling of customers

Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
