Strategic TGA planning: development and implementation of innovative TGA concepts for the entire educational campus, in particular for extension to the West Education Campus. Sustainability Champion: Leading role in the implementation of DGNB platinum standards and the use of regenerative energies, e.g. through geothermal and photovoltaics. Sectoral coupling: coordination and integration of all TGA plants (electrical technology, HKLS etc.) to create synergetic and energy-efficient overall systems. Contractor representation: Representation of client interests in all project phases, from conception to commissioning, including the control of external planners and service providers. Quality and cost management: ensuring compliance with budgets, dates and quality standards. Infrastructure architect: Development and implementation of multi-building infrastructure concepts that optimise the campus as a whole. Innovation driver: Identification and implementation of new technologies and best practices in the field of TGA and sustainable building.

Experience: Multiannual professional experience in the construction project management with a focus on TGA, ideally in complex large projects. Expertise: Funded expertise in all areas of technical building equipment (HKLS, electrical engineering, building automation etc.). Sustainability Mindset: Experience in the implementation of sustainability standards (e.g. DGNB) and the use of renewable energies. Strategic thinking: Ability to look over the rim of the plate and develop holistic, cross-building solutions. Communication strength: Sovereign appearance and pronounced communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Studies: Complete studies in engineering (supply technology, electrical engineering, building engineering, civil engineering) or a comparable qualification. Interest awakened?
