Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Contract period: fixed in full time 100%

Our range of services:

They are part of the RKH Regional Clinics Holding and Services and thus part of the largest municipal clinic network in Baden-Württemberg! The talk is about 800 employees from about 80 nations who are employed daily for the RKH Klinikenservice and Gastronomie GmbH and the RKH Klinikenservice and Gastronomy of the district Karlsruhe GmbH as a service provider. In addition to the gastronomy offerings for the RKH clinics and other customers, the "Klinikenservice & Gastronomy" also includes the areas of domestic and textile services.

Your tasks:

• Volume control at the food distribution band
• Preparation of dietary dietary forms (both allergy and individual forms)
• Instruction of kitchen staff
• Nutrition advice in individual training
• Creation of recipes with associated allergen identification

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training as a dietary assistant

• Funded expertise

• Good PC knowledge

• Knowledge of how to use the Cuvos menu collection system

• Organizational talent, team skills, enforcement and flexibility complete your profile

• Detection of complete macern vaccination or measles immunity under Infection Protection Act
