Become part of our team for the area of federal construction. You accompany projects such as the construction of the Bundeswehr accommodations in Schwarzenborn or the conversion of the Bundessozialgericht in Kassel.

The location is the Nord branch with the Kassel, Schwalmstadt, Bad Hersfeld or Fritzlar site.

Independent processing of project tasks in the field of deep and road construction Bringing specialist services in all phases of the HOAI and according to the RB-Bau Monitoring and coordination of engineering offices in infrastructure and development Compliance with public procurement and contract law and the time and cost framework acceptance, settlement and transfer of planning and construction services to users

Completed degree (FH Diploma/Bachelor) in the field of civil engineering or comparable qualification Planning and construction management experience, knowledge in the various HOAI performance phases and ideally in public procurement and contract law Knowledge of the coordination of planning services with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is desirable Safe handling of MS Office, an AVA and ideally in a CAD program Responsibility, proactivity, liability and a strong team spirit Very good communication skills in German (orally/written) Class B driving licence and standby for occasional service journeys (Pool vehicle) within the jurisdiction of the branch Acknowledgment to carry out a safety review under the Hessian Security Audit and classified information law (HSÜVG) - according to requirements T1 or T2
