For our customer onboarding in business banking, you have a clear product vision and know how to inspire our customers: with a seamless, simple and smart customer journey. You analyze existing processes, test quality, identify target-proof optimization potentials and create your ideas for an excellent user experience from the first click to the successful account opening. As a Product Owner, you are familiar with agile working methods, you build a squad, organize sprints and keep the Product Backlog up to date. You always have a look at the big whole: you collect requirements from the business, the market and directly from our users, prioritize them and introduce them into product development in the form of new features. In close cooperation with other product owners, customer journey experts and stakeholders – both locally and internationally – you are setting the key impulses in product and process development. It is clear that you consider internal requirements as well as the needs of customers and regulatory frameworks.

Studying in BWL or Business Informatics or Banking Experiences Multiannual practice as Product Owner*in or in a similar role, ideally in the field of onboarding processes Expertise and deep understanding in the design of customer journeys for customers in business banking Funded know-how in project work and in (IT) process management, ideally in the business field digital customer interfaces and banking products / self-services Experience in the design of technical requirements and their implementation Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas clearly and understandably Teampirit, holistic thinking and quick understanding Systemic and independent operation Innovation joy and a sense of sustainable solutions Very good German and English
