Group Leader Estate (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the estate team with currently 9 employees

You control the daily business, ensure compliance with quality standards and ensure smooth workflows

You support the team professionally in complex inheritances and ensure compliance with legal requirements

You promote their team through regular feedback and coaching

You work closely with the group lines and professional contacts of the estate sector

You give impulses to optimize processes and processes

You have completed professional training

You know the German language safely in word and writing

You have well-founded knowledge in the field of heirs and inheritances – ideally in the vicinity of a bank or savings bank

You bring first leadership experience as team management, group management or project management (also as representation)

You perform sovereign and value-estimating and keep a cool head even in exceptional situations

You work independently and structured and enjoy accompanying changes

You live the concept of service and are confident in communication with our customers, heirs and estate managers
