Project Manager Protection and Control Technology Power Grids (m/f/d)

Operation, planning and maintenance You are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of complex protection and control systems in our power grids. You maintain, plan and optimize high and medium-voltage systems with a focus on primary, secondary and protective technology. You ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of the systems in transformers of the voltage levels 110 kV, 20 kV and 10 kV. Compliance with relevant safety regulations, standards and internal guidelines is your responsibility. Protection, control and communication technology With your expertise you provide stable networks and quick troubleshooting. You project, parameterize and operate protective relays and protective systems. You analyse network disturbances and protection messages and initiate targeted measures to eliminate errors. You maintain control, remote control and communication systems and ensure the patch management of digital protection and network technology. Project coordination and technical documentation As a technical interface, you coordinate projects and ensure a structured implementation. You create and maintain technical documentation, switching and revision documents. You support the development of protective concepts and plant expansions. You take over the technical coordination between internal departments, external service providers and system suppliers.

You have a completed study of electrical engineering (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) or a technician training with a focus on energy or automation technology. You can demonstrate a multi-year professional experience in the operation or engineering of high and medium-voltage systems. A switching authorization up to 110 kV and an authorization for working under voltage are desirable. You have well-founded knowledge in the protection, control and communication technology. You have experience with testing and engineering tools. You have a class B licence. You have very good knowledge of popular MS Office applications.
