Our client is a growing engineering office for technical building equipment (TGA) in the Böblingen area, which plans and accompanies demanding projects for contractors. The project portfolio includes hospitals, research and laboratory buildings, schools and administrative buildings.

The company combines the technical quality of an established planning office with the advantages of a consciously slim organization: short decision-making paths, direct exchange with management and much self-responsibility in the projects. The order situation is secured in the long term and the projects are mainly located in Baden-Württemberg.

In the course of further growth, we are looking for a project engineer / project manager HLS & Versorgungstechnik (m/w/d), who wants to independently supervise demanding TGA projects and actively contribute his experience to the further development of the company. Experienced candidates from the execution or Project management on the part of an exporting company is expressly interesting.

Independent planning and design of demanding TGA projects in the areas of heating, ventilation and cold Support and coordination of projects through different HOAI performance phases with responsibility for dates, costs and quality Technical design, calculation and dimensioning of building-technical installations and preparation of tender documents Accompanying the implementation on site including construction site visits, acceptances, traceability of defects, audit and follow-up management Direct coordination with contractors, specialist planners, authorities and exporting companies

Study of supply technology, building technology or comparable or further training to the technician or Master in the field of SHK/HLS/HKLS Multiannual professional experience in HLS/TGA planning or project execution, also on the part of an exporting company Funded knowledge of at least two of the plants heating, ventilation, cold or sanitary as well as experience with challenging TGA projects knowledge of HOAI and various phases of performance as well as experience in independent support and/or Coordination of projects Self-employed, structured and responsible working methods as well as the joy of direct exchange with builders and project partners
