To strengthen our team we are looking for you as an employee (w/m/div.) commercial project coordination building automation: You take over the administrative support of the project leaders: in the process of building automation projects and for a structured and transparent project organization. You coordinate the appointment management and take over the planning as well as order and post-order registration. You will create yields including costing notes and assemble the required proof documents. You prepare project-relevant documents, set up protocols and complete project transfer and final documents. You support order management and project accounting and check performance directories before order confirmation. In close coordination with the purchase, you will get offers and commission subcontractors. In the field of application planning, you can see:inside, first project-accompanying documentation and thus contribute to a structured and transparent project processing.

Training: completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Experiences and know-how: First professional experience in project coordination, order management or a comparable administrative function of advantage; safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook). Industry knowledge in the field of building automation, electrical or TGA environment desirable. Working & Personality: Structured, independent and team-oriented working methods as well as pronounced organizational talent and high reliability. Languages: Very good German knowledge in word and writing.
