In the course of the further development of the company, we are looking for the Commercial Director (m/w/d) as a member of the extended management group for an important location in East Westphalia. You are a member of the four-headed management team at the location with which you take joint responsibility for earnings. You control the sustainable realignment of the commercial sector as well as the continuous development of the processes and structures. You operate very close to the project business and are responsible, in particular, for the commercial project and service processing, as well as for the offer calculation and purchasing including Warehouse. In this central role, You lead around 20 employees and develop the team according to the future requirements. You are responsible for the accounting at the location, the associated liquidity and the controlling including Budget creation, monthly target-actual comparisons and bills. You shall examine contracts and ensure the retrievals and receivables of Avalen.

You have completed an economic studies or a comparable training. You bring several years of expertise and leadership experience from the commercial sector in the medium-sized environment. You ideally come from the construction industry or an adjacent industry and are familiar with the handling and the contractual basis of construction projects. You want to design and have experience in the transformation and professionalization of commercial and cross-departmental structures and processes and in change management. You are a sovereign and convincing leader who understands himself as part of the team and can inspire and win people for common goals. You work independently and at the same time team-oriented, take responsibility for people and results and like to make decisions. You feel comfortable in medium-sized, family-shaped structures and want not only to delegate, but also to pack up and bring things forward proactively. You have experience with ERP systems and ideally already have SAP knowledge.
